PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) drill bits are ideal for HDD drilling, and are suitable for machines from 30,000 lb – 100,000 lb. They are used for drilling sedimentary rock formations, including shale, sandstone, dolomite, limestone, and abrasive formations.
