A high pressure water assembly is the system responsible for delivering pressurised water to the excavation wand during hydro excavation. The pressurised water loosens soil, while the vacuum system immediately removes the resulting slurry.
This combination allows operators to excavate accurately around underground infrastructure while significantly reducing the risk of damaging buried assets compared to traditional mechanical excavation methods.
With over 25 years of experience supplying trenchless technology equipment across Australia, No Dig Equipment is trusted by contractors working in civil construction, mining, utilities and infrastructure.
When you choose No Dig Equipment, you benefit from:
Our pressure water assemblies are suitable for a wide range of hydro excavation applications, including:
Traditional excavation methods such as excavators and trenchers can easily damage buried infrastructure when service locations are unknown.
Using a high pressure water assembly allows operators to safely expose:
The controlled water pressure softens and removes soil without the aggressive impact of mechanical digging equipment, making hydro excavation one of the safest excavation methods available.
No Dig Equipment supplies high-quality pressure water assemblies manufactured to withstand the harsh conditions encountered on Australian worksites.
Our assemblies are designed to provide:
Because many of our vacuum excavator parts are manufactured in-house or sourced locally, replacement parts are readily available throughout Australia, helping minimise downtime and keep your projects moving.
Our high pressure water assemblies are designed to suit No Dig Equipment’s range of Australian-made vacuum excavation systems, including:
If you’re unsure which pressure water assembly or replacement part suits your machine, our experienced team can recommend the best solution for your equipment.
A high pressure water assembly is the component of a hydro excavation system that delivers pressurised water to the excavation wand. It breaks up soil so the vacuum system can safely remove it during non-destructive digging.
Water pressure assemblies are used for hydro excavation, utility locating, potholing, trenching and safely exposing underground infrastructure without damaging buried services.
High-pressure water loosens compacted soil while reducing the risk of striking underground pipes, electrical cables and telecommunications infrastructure. Combined with powerful vacuum suction, it provides a safe and efficient excavation method.
