The delivery includes a 14” rock roller reamer and an 18” rock roller reamer, both designed for hard ground and abrasive drilling conditions.
Custom built for horizontal directional drilling (HDD), the hole openers will be used for the installation of HDPE water pipe across two separate mining infrastructure projects in WA.
Both reamers feature replaceable rock roller cutters, allowing worn cutting components to be replaced without replacing the entire tool body. This helps reduce downtime, extend tooling lifespan, and improve drilling productivity in challenging ground conditions commonly encountered across WA mine sites.
