This provide excellent toughness and superior wear resistance for prolonged tool life.

The Crocodile

This blade provides one of the most cost effective solutions for drilling in Hard Pack Clay and Rocky ground conditions.

These blades provide reduced torque in hard ground conditions, which means you require less power, this saves tool life, wear and tear on your machine.

The Bear Claw

The Bear Claw is a must for any directional drillers tool box.

The cutting teeth on this directional drilling blade provides good cutting action in pinnacle limestone and other mixed ground conditions.

Balistic carbide cutters allow ripping through tough rock, whilst still providing great steerability in sandy and soft ground conditions.

We have used several No Dig drill blades when boring through hard materials over the last few years, including your Crocodile, which ground its way through many metres of solid laterite at Bickley WA and limestone pinnacles at Salters Point on the Swan shore, among others. The crocodile needed regular re-building in areas of wear until you introduced your tungsten chip treatment, which has extended the period between re-builds by a factor of five or more.

Our current contract involves boring through very hard clay, and we have found the Bear Claw most effective. The extra surface area enables more effective steering than the Crocodile. Our BearClaw blade, with the tungsten chip treatment, has completed almost 500m in the hard gravely clay and is only just showing signs of wear.
