The machine is capable of installing cables, conduits and pipes up to 150 mm in diameter. All tooling is included for drilling up to 20m and back reaming in clay & sand up to 200mm dia.

This unique Under Road Boring machine gives contractors the versatility of a small light weight drill rig combined with real power. You can even use the hydraulic system of your mini excavator to power the bed borer B06.

Go where the other cannot

This unit is 1.75m in length and only 0.46m wide. This allows access to backyards throught normal household doors where the conventional rigs can't go.

The most accurate

The Pilot Tube Micro Tunnelling machine can perform in a wide range of soil conditions. The process is extremely precise with deviations from target less than +/- 20mm (3/4") over 70m (230').

Ideal for gravity sewer

It is particularly suited for gravity sewer application where a high level of accuracy is required. A wide variety of pipe materials can be installed including Concrete, Steel and PVC Piping.

Finally a micro tunneler with plenty of power

Once a shaft has been created at both the start and end of the planned installation line, the Pilot Tube Micro Tunnelling B750 is lowered into position. A pilot tube is then driven underground towards the target shaft.

A cutter head, screw conveyor and the pipe to be installed are then attached and jacked behind the pilot tube hole. The cutter head bores through the soil as new segments of the pipe are attached and driven forward.

Once the pipe has reached the target shaft, the auger and casing inside the pipe are extracted completing the pipeline.

Light Weight drill rig with real power

This unique machine gives contractors the versatility of a small light weight drill rig combined with real power.

Go where the other cannot

This unit is 1.90m (75") in length and only 0.75m (30") wide. This allows access into those confined spaces where the conventional rigs can't go.

Ideal for sewer and drainage pipes

The machine is specifically set up to install 150mm (6") - 300mm (12") dia PVC sewer and drainage pipe to grade and line. Bore length in excess of 60 m (200') and grades of 1 in 200 have been achieved with this unit in depth to 6m (13ft) below ground level.

Use it as a directional drill rig as well

The micro tunneler B250 can also be configured as a directional drill rig, and can even be fitted with an air hammer to drill through solid rock, however sewer accuracy can't be guaranteed in these conditions.

This Pilot Tube Micro Tunnelling machine gives contractors the versatility of a small light weight drill rig.

The B110 pass through a standard household door

This unit is 2.25m (89") in length and only 0.6m (24") wide. This allows access into those confined spaces where the conventional rigs can't go. This Pilot Tube Micro Tunnelling Machine and its power pack can even be negotiated through a standard household door for access in back yards of private residences.

Maximum accuracy

The micro tunneler B110 is specifically set up to install 150mm (6") dia sewer and drainage pipe to grade and line. Bore length in excess of 30 m (90') and grades of 1 in 200 have been achieved with this unit in depth to 4m (13 ft) below ground level.

A Multipurpose Micro Tunnelling System

The Pilot Tube Microtunneling machine can also be configured as a directional drill rig and can even be fitted with an air hammer to drill through solid rock for non grade holes.
