The TCZ range are the machines you need when second best
won't do. The design enables them to bore in various soil types ranging from
Sand, Clay, Sandstone, Limestone and Wet Sand.
The machines have a 100% drive success rate and with targets ranging from
less than +/-20mm over 150 meters with extreme precision they are essential
for all your infill sewerage projects.
Once the planned installation line is drawn up and surveyed, a shaft is then
excavated at both ends of the pipeline. The machine and boring head are installed
into the Jacking Pit where the cutting head and pipes are then attached. The
machine is jacked forward boring through the soil while feeding new pipes,
at the same time removing the excess soil by a slurry process, this process
continues until you reach the receiving pit, your pipeline is then complete.
This method of installing pipes is extremely cost effective and environmentally
friendly.
Depending on the pipeline required various types of pipe can be used including
PVC, Concrete, Hobas and Steel. |
