What is Pipe Bursting?

Repairing or replacing the host pipe by fragmenting the existing pipe and installing a new pipe of equal or larger diameter in its place.

This Trenchless method was invented in Europe early 80's to replace or increase the capacity of the aging sewer, gas and water pipelines and be able to face the rising needs of urban areas where population growth is a problem.
